Several parents have been discussing how they have been unable to log onto the Parent Portal since early December 2007. Knox County Schools advertise that the Technology help is available from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 865-594-1852. However, parents have been calling to no avail.

Is this a product that is a successful venture for Knox County Schools or is it just another governmental bureaucracy to make the politicians on the School Board feel better about themselves and parents more frustrated with the governments lack of ability to launch?
