Knox County Sells 107 or so Properties because of Delinquent Taxes

This morning, Ed Shouse, Knox County Trustee with the work of the Mr. Howard Hogan, Knox County Clerk & Master sold a little more than 100 Properties in “Tax Sale 20”. One property was Delinquent with less than $15,000 in taxes owed and was sold for $151,000.00 Who would have thought property in Halls was worth that much? Joking……sorta.
