Tonight at the Center City Conservatives Republican Club, Kimberly Glenn of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office thanked Property Assessor John Whitehead, Knox County Commissioners at Large Justin Biggs and Larsen Jay for a plaque honoring Menchi, a k9 of the department that passed away this week.
