On Thursday evening, June 26, 2025, the Center City Conservatives Republican Club — the original conservatives club of Knoxville (est. 1992, rebranded in 2013) — proudly welcomed Knox County Commissioner At-Large Larsen Jayas our featured guest.
Commissioner Jay, who has served since September 1, 2018, reflected on his time in office, sharing insights on the key accomplishments and initiatives he and the County Commission have delivered for the people of Knox County. The unedited talk is here. From budget reforms to infrastructure improvements, Jay highlighted the work done — and the work still ahead.
Now term-limited, Jay is looking to the future. He’s officially one of two Republican candidates running for Knox County Mayor in the May 5, 2026 Republican primary. We plan to host the other announced GOP candidate ahead of our final 2025 meeting, scheduled for Thursday, October 23 — mark your calendars.
