Knox County Commissioner Larsen Jay began a new job today with PYA. I submitted an open records request a few days ago for any contracts of the affiliated companies of PYA have or had with Knox County.

This is not an attempt to conspire any theories, but to confirm and monitor in the same manner as the News Sentinel once pledged, “shine the light so the people can find their way”

According to the emails, the Knox County Law Department found two contracts. One in 2017 signed by then Mayor Tim Burchett and one in 2019 signed by Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs for Healthcare Claims Service Audit Agreement.
