League of Women Voters – School Board Forum

Last night, the League of Women Voters of Knoxville/Knox County hosted a forum for the candidates for Knox County School Board.

I have recordings from the evening, look for those to be posted in the future.

District 2 – Jennifer Owen was there, John Meade had a scheduling conflict and was unable to attend.
District 3 – Tony Norman and Daniel Watson participated.

Distrricf 5 – Susan Horn is unopposed and was not there.
District 8 – Adam Brown and Leon Daugherty participated. It was announced by Moderator Madison Kevy of WATE that Mike McMillan was ill and that a Representative would be there after the forum. At the conclusion of the forum, no one identified themselves as a McMillan representative.

Norman sat back away from the table, his body language gave the appearance of someone that didn’t want to be there.
