According to WATE, Rep. Eddie Mannis a Republican State Representative of West Knoxville’s TN District 18 announced to his colleagues that he will NOT run for re-election.

It leaves Elaine Davis as the sole candidate for State Rep. in District 18. Unless other Republicans and a Democrat(s) qualify before Thursday April 7 at Noon.
