KCSO Officer Tim Stidham was terminated on March 25, 2022, on March 26, 2022 I reported here about KCSO Officer Stidham, On March 20 (5 days before his termination) I asked for 1) his termination 2) IA – Investigative Affairs file and 3) Personnel file of Stidham.

Eight days later, on March 28 I asked for an update, because in TCA the department have 7 days to comply with my request or inform why they can not and when they will. The same day, KCSO sent the Personnel file. Obviously Sheriff Spanky’s department failed to comply with his termination paperwork or the IA file. I will renew my request for the IA file, just to see what flimsy excuse I receive. If I need to ask District Attorney Charme Allen for it, I am not skeered.

Anyway, I am often told and challenged to “check the facts on that one”, so I will.
