Eighth District Knox County School Board Member Mike McMillan was in Knox County Fourth General Sessions Court this morning on the October & November 2019 Animal Cruelty citations, he was issued.

This morning, he plead Guilty to one and paid a $50 fine. One was dismissed, however, he paid court cost on both.

As I left the courtroom, McMillan called me a name that I have heard before and will likely hear again. Just remember, it’s not what they call you, it’s what you answer to. I did not answer him.
