A week ago this past Monday, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs announced his two appointments to the Knox County Ethics Committee. They are Kim Frazier and Pastor Daryl Arnold. This past Monday night the Knox County Commission selected Mary Linda Schwarzbart. Schwarzbart got 6 votes, Matt Fagiana the Risk Management person of LCUB got three votes, however those three changed to Schwarzbart to give her 9 votes. While Commissioner Carson Dailey voted for John Ashley and Commissioner John Schoonmaker voted for Gary Petree.
