We arrived about 11:50 am for a NOON tour.The history of the Canale family operations.Myself, Chris Canale, Jr., Owner of Old Dominick, Clark Schifani, VP Sales,The DC “distillery cat” Waldo and I. He woke up from his nap to say hey.Where the magic happens with yeast working to create the magic.What a great job at the end of the process to sample and check the proof.at the end of the tour is the tasting. The manufacture Memphis Toddy, Vodka, Honeybell Vodka, American Dry Gin and Southern Gin. Some Bourbon is in the process.Our fantastic tour guide Kate during Spirits and Soul Fest Friday night event.what we did not know was that we were ending our TN Whiskey Trail journey and experience in front of the TN Distillers Guild.TN Distillers Guild.Chris Canale, Jr. stamping our passportand we are done on the TN Whiskey Trail. Canale said “Thanks for saving the Best for last” and before we left we were able to visit the aging loft.
Overall, a great experience traveling the TN Whiskey Trail. It was great for the wife and I to travel across Tennessee seeing all of Tennessee. The Distillers do a phenomenal job creating their own spirits, cocktails etc. It is TN business at it’s finest. As we visit other distilleries will share it with you.
