Old North Knox / Lincoln Park Hear from Cheryl Ball of the City of Knoxville about Missing Middle Housing

Tonight about 6:30 pm the Old North Knox/Lincoln Park Neighbors had a meeting at St. James Episcopal Church on Broadway to hear Cheryl Ball of the City of Knoxville discuss the Missing Middle Housing.

The City is going head strong with their lets shove down our proposal without any compromise to Knoxville Planning on December 14 and then two readings to Council in January 2024.

Councilwoman Lauren Rider was also at the meeting and had some information to share as well.
