UPDATE: Due to overwhelming support by several individuals, Law Director Armstrong has been informed to proceed with the Open Records Request. Four hundred emails over 15 days about the Amherst Road property will be interesting. Thanks to the genorsity of several readers, this open records request continues.

Original Post: I received a response from Bud Armstrong about an open records request for emails for about 15 days among the Mayor’s staff and his tenant over personal property owned by the County Mayor. The law director in a letter dated yesterday and received by me today, reveals that there are more than 400 emails that are responsive to the Amherst Road property.
