As the operator of BrianHornback.com – TheMegaBullhornofTruth.com – I’ve been covering Knox County politics for over two decades. I’ve seen leaders come and go, and I know what it takes to serve our community with dedication and results. That’s why I’m proud to display a banner on my site endorsing Justin Biggs for re-election as Knox County Trustee in the upcoming Republican Primary.
Justin Biggs has proven himself as a hardworking public servant. Elected in 2022 after years of experience in the Trustee’s office, he’s focused on making government accessible to the people. Under his leadership, the office has brought services directly to residents through mobile programs, supported our veterans, and maintained strong collection efforts for the county’s finances.
Despite the challenges and distractions that come with any public office, Justin has stayed committed to the job. He reimbursed any questionable expenses promptly and cooperated fully with investigations, which ultimately cleared him of wrongdoing when the grand jury declined to indict. That’s accountability in action.
Now, as we head into the 2026 election cycle, it’s time for Knox County Republicans to rally behind proven conservative leadership.
The banner now featured prominently on BrianHornback.com & TheMegaBulllhornofTruth.com says it clearly:
Re-Elect Justin Biggs
Knox County Trustee
Republican Primary: May 5, 2026
Early Voting: April 15 – 30, 2026
This endorsement is an in-kind contribution to the Committee to Elect Justin Biggs – because I believe in supporting Republicans who deliver for Knox County.
My day-to-day role (since 10/6/2022) at the Knox County Trustee’s Office involves working with the Tax Relief/Tax Freeze team, where I help enroll and manage thousands of taxpayers in these programs. Additionally, as Legislative Liaison, I worked with Trustee Biggs and the legislature in 2023 to increase the Tax Freeze income eligibility from $45,000 to $60,000. We also collaborated with the Knox County Mayor and County Commission to implement this increase locally. Through April 5, 2026, any Knox County property taxpayer age 65 or older with a 2024 income below $61,920 is eligible to apply to freeze their county property taxes.
Early voting starts April 15 and runs through April 30, with Primary Day on May 5, 2026. Mark your calendars, Knox County – let’s send Justin Biggs back to the Trustee’s office to keep serving our community!
If you’re a Knox County Republican, get out and vote in the primary. Your voice matters.
