May 16, 2019 at NOON is the deadline to qualify for Knoxville City Mayor, Knoxville City Council at Large Seat A, Seat B, Seat C and City Council Fifth District. A petition for Mike Chase the Founder and CEO of Copper Cellar Corporation was picked up today. Chase named former City Councilman Gary Underwood as Treasurer several months ago.
