You remember the news of former Knox County Commissioner Scott Davis getting arrested by Knox County Sheriff Spanky Spangler‘s officers at his home?

Well, my sources tell me the 5 charges (3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors) were heard today in Anderson County court. The Judge after viewing videos, immediately eliminated the two felonies (two aggravated assaults and a cruelty to animal charge ……… completely dismissed)

I am told the Judge dressed down the arresting officers and informed the prosecutors to bring more information on the misdemeanors or they too will be dropped soon.
