Scott Smith this afternoon in North Knoxville launched his campaign for Knox County Circuit Court Clerk. In his remarks, he pledged that if elected clerk he would concentrate his efforts at Juvenile Court. That the troubled kids need a best friend and that he would work to be everyone’s best friend.
