Brentwood, TN – U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) announced she will be speaking at the 2024 Republican National Convention in a primetime slot on Monday. According to the Trump campaign, the theme for Monday night is “Make America Wealthy Again,” which will highlight how a “second Trump administration will turn the page on the mindless ‘Bidenomics’ agenda and usher in a new age of prosperity.”
On Monday afternoon, Senator Blackburn, Chair of the RNC Platform Committee, will also present the 2024 GOP platform, which was passed in record time by the committee last week.
“As this year’s Chair of the RNC Platform Committee, I’m honored to present the Republican platform at the 2024 Convention and speak in support of President Trump’s vision for American prosperity,” said Senator Blackburn. “Under the Biden-Harris administration, prices have skyrocketed over 20 percent and hardworking families cannot afford basic necessities. President Trump led the largest tax cut in American history, ushering in economic success and financial stability. We must return Donald J. Trump to the White House and elect Republican majorities in the Senate and House to Make America Wealthy Again!”
Senator Blackburn previously spoke at the 2016 and 2020 Republican National Conventions. The 2024 Convention will be live-streamed on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Rumble, Twitch, and Amazon Prime.
