Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett was unable to attend the rally at Crown College / Temple Baptist Church yesterday. He had a previously scheduled appointment in pursuing new economic development prospects. Senator Rick Santorum knows that Mayor Burchett and his Chief of Staff Dean Rice are the go to guys in the region. So, he hosted both men on his airplane. At 5:18 pm yesterday I tweeted the rumor (of the airplane meeting)Â here on my twitter feed. Now my sources have secured a photograph of the meeting. So, here’s to our AWESOME Mayor for being a GREAT go to guy for us!
