Monday night, Knox County Commission voted unanimously to approve the inner local agreement to proceed with the multi use stadium.

Tonight, with Knoxville City Council it was not so easy. Councilwoman Lynne Fugate was absent, It passed 5 in favor, 1 in opposition and 2 abstentions.

Council members Gwen McKenzie, Lauren Rider, Andrew Roberto, Tommy Smith and Janet Testerman in favor.

Council woman Amelia Parker voting NO and Council members Charles Thomas and Seema Singh abstaining.
