Brantley answered Bean’s question about being a resident here in Knox County and Loudon County. But Bean seems un sure of Brantley’s answer. But she was completely sold on Senator Richard Briggs living in an apartment less than 10 miles from his wife’s monsterous home in Southwest Knox County’s Riversound Subdivison. The one house that is in State Senator Becky Duncan Massey’s District while Briggs lives in the apartment in his State Senate District.
