Someone needs to tell the Shopper News that that the Mayor’s race was three weeks ago. For two weeks after the Mayor’s election they are still publishing stories slamming Mark Padgett or Padgett supporters. This past week, it was Betty Bean with a story pitting Julia Tucker against Mose Lobetti. Two individuals that go back decades ago. It is totally distasteful winner. Of course, Bean probably believes (and may be right this time) that she is going to get the press job for Rogero. Remember, she thought Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett promised her a similar job in 2010. Maybe the second time is the charm, or NOT!
