South-Doyle HS JROTC to Represent TN in National Memorial Day Parade

On Monday, May 25, cadets from the South-Doyle High School JROTC will represent Tennessee as they march in the National Memorial Day Parade, joining more than 5,000 participants from all 50 states. 

The parade will be streamed online and televised nationally on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and The CW. It will also air on the American Forces Network, which broadcasts to military installations and U.S. Navy ships around the world.

During the trip, students will also visit several historic landmarks and attend a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.
