I was reviewing some recent videos of committee activities at the State Capitol and ran across the State Gov committee. A Senate Joint Resolution 0038 that reads “Memorials, Congress – Urges Congress to pass a balanced budget. -” I give Rep. Kent Williams (I) Carter County the award for calling it as it is. Rep. Williams said “it isn’t worth the paper it is written on, but if I were running for Congress, I would be for it to.”

Tracy has announced that he intends to challenge TN Fourth District Congressman Scott DesJarlais. The State Senator is using the State Senate as a campaign soap box to spew political rhetoric. I am sure the Senator’s record can be exposed, like his failure to support communities to decide whether they elect or appoint school superintendents.
