In this 109th episode of the Brian Hornback Experience, I talk with Tennessee State Senator Becky Massey (R-6) about TN Constitutional Amendment #2 on the November 8, 2022 ballot, Early Voting October 19 – November 3.With the passage of this amendment, it will place a formal plan for succession in the event the Governor is temporarily incapacitated. Tennessee is the only state in the union without a detailed formal plan in place.
