This morning Tuesday July 5, 2016 sources indicate that the KPD Officers moonlighting in Halls at the Knox County Clerk Foster Arnett’s office has come to an end. Knoxville and Knox County Public Building Authority security is in place today. This will save THOUSANDS of excess fees paid by the Knox County taxpayers.

This action would not have happened without our expose’ here , here and here. Rumors have been shared with me that Arnett is so livid that he has vowed to never forget this blog or its author. That’s okay, this blog serves to ensure the right things are done the right way. KPD should remain in their jurisdiction, there is enough crime for them in Knoxville, they should stay there. Sheriff JJ Jones and Knox Co Sheriffs Office have the county properly protected.
