Friday afternoon, The 104th TN Valley Fair opened. But first at Noon the Business and Government Leaders Luncheon was held under the Pepsi tent.

Dr. Keith Carver from University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture was the keynote Speaker. Introductions and brief remarks from Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon and Congressman Tim Burchett all gave brief remarks before Carver’s speech.
