Arthur Seymour, Jr., the Seymour of Frantz, McConnell, Seymour law firm passed away yesterday. He was one of two lawyers that was always the go to guy for rezonings and representation before Knoxville City Council and Knox County Commission.

When he was outside, he wore a hat, not like my ballcap, but a distinguished Esquire hat. Arthur will be missed.
