The May 2024 Motley Crew Community Luncheon was Friday

This past Friday, May 10, 2024 the Motley Crew Community Luncheon was held at the Crowne Plaza Downtown/UT Knoxville. Nearly 100 people from around our community attended. At every Motley Crew everyone gets 30 seconds to introduce themselves. Current Eighth District County Commissioner in introducing himself said he is running from County Commission. He did not seek re-election, Adam Thompson won the Republican Primary to replace the current Commissioner. What many people believe to be in the current Commissioner’s future is a 2026 run for County Clerk, he is currently the Chief Deputy for the County Clerk, in addition to be Commissioner.
