Judson Mason and Chuck Severance were to face off in 2022 for Knox County Commission Seventh District to replace term limited Charles Busler. Mason due to personal reasons had to back out and drop out. So it appeared Severance was unopposed.

BUT not so fast, now Knoxville Attorney Rhonda Lee has announced that she too will be a candidate, so there will be a competitive race.
