Tuesday Maech 1, 2016 from 8 am to 8 pm will be the local and Presidential Primary. At 9 a.m. Knox County Circuit Court Clerk Cathy Shanks and Former Employee Tim Wheeler will be in a Knox Co Circuit Court room in front of Judge Mike Pemberton. The Knox Co. Judges had to recuse themselves.

Sources indicate that Bud Armstrong is sending David Buuck. Knox Co had requested an additional delay and the Judge ordered this appearance. Ole Bud will probably be too busy being a politician on Tuesday to dain consider this litigation.
