Today I welcome Kim Frazier, candidate for Knox County Commission Seat 11. It is one of two countywide seats on Commission. Seat 11 is the one Justin Biggs has served for the last three years and 3 months. He is seeking the position of Knox County Trustee in 2022.

Frazier is a wife, a Mom and a Community Activist. She was instrumental in helping create the Hardin Valley Planning Advocates which ultimately became Knox County Planning Alliance.
