A group named the Committee to Save Our Right to Vote is set up to campaign to Knox County voters to Vote No on the Knox County Charter Amendment 1.

The amendment on the ballot is to have the Law Director appointed by the Knox County Mayor. A NO vote will have the Knox County Law Director elected as the position has been since it was created.
