This evening, the West Knox Republican Club met. The main program was Conservative D. H. Andy Andrews discussing SB 0692 by State Senator Frank Niceley that would “neuter” the Seventeenth (17th) Amendment for how TN would select the Republican and Democrat candidates for United States Senate. The bill was introduced in 2021, however, it got rolled to 2022. Here is the link of the bill as it was in 2021.
