The way folks like Compass Knox, Knox News Sentinel and myself learn things that we may eventually expose is through Open Records Request, being present and of course our sources. I love my sources, not literally, just in a brotherly love kinda way. You know respect and all.

Imagine my surprise to find out that the News Sentinel open record requested all open record request of Compass Knox. I asked Jesse Mayshark with Compass and he said that Tyler Whetstone with Knox News Sentinel gave him a heads up.
