Knox County, TN Mayor Glenn Jacobs went to social media today with a letter to United States President Joe Biden pledging in Knox County, TNĀ  to defy a federal vaccine mandate, read his twitter post here.

However on August 10, 2021 the Mayor (Jacobs) tweeted his support here for a Special Session to mandate that all school systems be forbidden from imposing a mask mandate for the children in their school districts in Tennessee.
