So, Knox County, TN‘s Dr. Russ Frazier got a lot of news coverage when he accepted a role in helping to prepare first responders and medical professionals when the Ukraine occupation began from the Russian invasion. In the mail yesterday, the Frazier’s received this from the State Capitol, the official Senate Joint Resolution No. 1498 by Knox County’s Senate delegation of Mr. Speaker Randy McNally, Senator’s Becky Massey and Dr. Richard Briggs, honoring and commending Dr. Russ Frazier of Knox County.

Interesting that Knoxville and Knox County have had March and April at their City Council and Knox County Commission meetings to honor our own Dr. Frazier (who we have entrusted to lead our Knox County Rescue for decades).
