One of our community readers of Brian’s Blog submitted some interesting information from the IDB/TIF workshop.

Larry Smith interjected when the chairman opened the meeting by talking about how himself and some commissioners were very distraught about the way Mr. Tim Graham was treated at the last workshop. He said that Graham had paid people to come and give a presentation about TIF’s, and the board only gave him 5 minutes before cutting him off. Then one of the board members brought out to Mr. Smith that Graham’s people were not on the agenda for the meeting, neither did they ask to be put on the agenda. He just showed up thinking his people could have the floor, for who knows how long. Larry left the meeting early.
