A source sent a photo of a mailer from Knoxville City Council Fourth District candidate Amelia Parker that apparently lacks the required Paid for disclosure.

Additionally, a question has been asked about the entity 2017 City Council Movement Knoxville, as an independent expenditure, (Facebook it appears predominately) Should they be disclosing their expenditures and should council candidates receiving their assistance report it as in kind donations?

All excellent questions that this one man, one website does not have the definitive answer. However, if someone were so compelled starting with Cliff Rodgers at the Knox County Election Commission and/or Charme Allen at the Knox County District Attorney’s Office could give far better advice than this one man, one website.
