The TN State Comptroller sent the Roane County Proeprty Assessor a two page letter about his slow paced approach to the 2015 County reappraisal.

Roane County News had a story about some talk of shifting to a 6 year appraisal and why that is really not a viable option.

It seems that I need to get my Roane County folk to secure me a seat for the December County Commission meeting. This could be state wide news coverage, with all Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville news outlets. Roane County is close enough to all three major cities. It is becoming obvious that being Property Assessor is apparently being given to the not so bright.
