When Recode Knoxville passed, West Hills subdivision was excluded. On Tuesday, Knoxville City Council votes a second time on Recode. If you would like your neighborhood excluded like West Hills, you gotta sign up to speak and request it. Because City Council would not treat West Hills different than another neighborhood requesting the same. Right?
